Resident Zone
The Resident Zone is one of the three zones in Lifecycle Programming. The resident zone encompasses all customers from the time they sign a lease to until they move out. It automates the standard communications for every resident to keep them engaged and renewal-ready. This zone includes the Pre-Move Play, Welcome Play, Satisfaction Play, Renewal Play and the Exit Play.
