How Hayley Tour Works?
When prospects visit your website, they will see the option to "Take a Tour."
Once they click this option, a pop-up will appear showing all the available touring options for your property.
Here’s a breakdown of each option:
Pre-Recorded Videos
When prospects select the Pre-Recorded Videos option, they will be redirected to a series of videos showcasing your property and its units. This option allows prospects to view the property anytime and from anywhere, providing convenience for those unable to visit in person.
3D Tours
3D Tours offers an interactive video walk-through of the property. Prospects can virtually "walk through" the space at their own pace, clicking and dragging the screen to explore the unit from different angles.
In-Person Tours
For prospects who choose In-Person Tours, they will be redirected to a tour scheduler where they can book an in-person visit at their convenience.
Live Video Tours
Similar to In-Person Tours, selecting the Live Video Tours option takes prospects to the scheduler, but this time for a live virtual tour. This allows prospects to experience a guided tour remotely with real-time interaction.
Self-Guided Tours
Self-guided tours let prospects visit the property on their own without an agent. After selecting this option, prospects will be redirected to the self-guided tour page for the property, which outlines the process and any necessary instructions.
