hyTours’ latest feature now allows a new way for prospects to access and schedule tours and supports every major tour type:
- Pre-Recorded Videos
- 3D Tours
- In-Person Tours
- Live Video Tours
- Self-Guided Tours
This is crucial during COVID as this feature provides several safe touring options. Beyond COVID, this feature provides a great deal of flexibility. No matter the prospect’s schedule, capabilities, or distance they will have an option to meet their needs.
How Does the New Tour Feature Work?
When prospects navigate to your website, they will see an option to ‘Take a Tour’.
After clicking this option, a pop-up will appear. This pop-up will contain buttons reflecting all of your property’s touring options.
Pre-Recorded Videos
Clicking the Pre-Recorded Videos option will redirect prospects to the series of pre-recorded videos of your property and its units. Here prospects can watch as the agent showcases the property from anywhere in the world.
3D Tour
A 3D tour is an interactive video walk-through of a property. The prospect views a video that moves them through the unit at a relatively slow pace. The prospect is able to click and drag the screen to see the space from different angles.
In-Person Tours
Once the prospect selects the In-Person Tour option, they will be redirected to the traditional scheduler and can schedule their tour as usual.
Live Video Tours
Just like In-Person Tours, the prospect will be redirected to the scheduler with the Live Video Tours option selected and the prospect will schedule as usual.
Self-Guided Tours
Self-Guided Tours are set up by the property. The property allows prospects to visit in person and walk through the property without an agent present.
When a prospect clicks on this link, they will be redirected to the property’s self-guided tour page. This will differ by property.
