Hyly.AI Appoints Mike Brewer as EVP of Distribution to Strengthen Go-to-Market Execution Across Multifamily

Hyly.AI today announced that Mike Brewer has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Distribution, a strategic leadership appointment as the company continues to expand its presence across the multifamily ecosystem.

Brewer brings deep multifamily industry experience and a long-standing reputation for building durable partnerships, scaling distribution strategies, and aligning technology with the real-world needs of owners and operators. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with multifamily stakeholders across ownership, operations, and technology — earning trust as a leader who understands both how the industry works and how it scales.

In his role as EVP of Distribution, Brewer will be responsible for shaping and executing Hyly.AI’s distribution strategy, with a focus on expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening ecosystem relationships, and driving market adoption. He will work closely with Hyly.AI’s executive leadership team to ensure the company’s go-to-market approach is grounded in operator realities and built for long-term growth.
